The driver and software I received with my Easycap capture device, USB DVR Capture v 4.0A Model No:DC60-007 by honestech is totally useless. The software does not allow us to change the video aspect and as a result we end up with a picture that stretches from top to bottom of screen, but is only about 30cm wide when we try to playback on our. EasyCap USB Video Capture Adapter Driver 5.7.0129.0 2016-03-22 It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available. Try to set a system restore point before installing a device driver. I'm trying to capture the camera feed from an EasyCap 4 Channel USB DVR Device that i got recently and i have bought a super Mimi Monochrome/Color Camera and connected it to the DVR Device and managed to correctly setup the device with the driver 'SMI Grabber' and installed the software that comes with the Device 'SuperViewer' and i have wrote a simple windows form application that contains a. This driver, with the relevant DisplayLink-powered hardware, will allow any Intel-based Mac - even a Mac Mini or MacBook Air - to connect up to 4 monitors over USB. This driver also supports the USB video of our customers' USB docking station products.
As per the description, the 4 channel Easycap USB DVR is not working in Windows 8. Please answer few questions to narrow down the issue.
1. What happens when you plug in the device to the computer?
2. What is the make and model of the device?
3. What is the make and model of the computer?
4. Are you able to work with other USB devices?
5. Do you get any error messages?
